If you decide to cancel your participation in a Showcase, you will lose the Deposit. If we give you a notice of cancellation, we will transfer your Deposit to another Showcase.

Showcases may be modified or altered without cancellation, in which case you agree to follow these Rules during the modified or altered Showcase.

You must check-in at the venue at least one hour before the start of the Showcase. If you do not check-in on time, we may presume that you decided to cancel your participation in the Showcase.

Venue security personnel may enforce the age limit for any attendees, including artists. You will be notified about venue’s or the Showcase’s age limit, if any, multiple times before the show. If you don’t have a valid ID to prove your age to security, or if you are actually not old enough under the rules of the particular venue, then you may be denied entry into the venue and, hence, not be able to perform. You accept such risk and assume all responsibility for it. You understand and agree that you will not receive any refund based on the situation described above.

You must perform at the time listed on the lineup. If you miss your performance time for any reason, you will not be able to perform at a different time and will forfeit your Deposit.
